A refreshing everyday white. Pale yellow in the glass with a tart, fruity nose and dynamic mineral scents. The palate opens with crisp citrus and peach flavors that are boosted by vibrant acidity and heady minerality. 100% Chardonnay The grapes are direct-pressed, cold-stabilized and then fermented with neutral yeast in concrete and stainless steel tanks (alcoholic fermentation only, no MLF in order to keep freshness and acidity). The wine is then stored in the same tanks on fine lees with regular battonages. Bagged and boxed on-demand to ensure maximum freshness, after fining and light filtration. • “From the Tank®” was born out of the old-school idea of going to the local winery with a big empty jug to fill up with easy-drinking juice, a tradition that stretches back for ages in France • The bag-in-box packaging is the most carbon-efficient wine package available and produces the least waste: 55% lower carbon footprint in manufacture and transport and 85% less landfill waste compared to traditional glass bottles
